My order of Beaded dog collars sadly didn’t arrive

You did not fulfill the order as it has not arrived but you have had the money ,sadly very disappointed .I have assumed it was due to postal strikes but my order was placed before the strikes and apparently sent with a courier ,though no email came so that I could track the order .This information about the courier only came when I asked where is my order .Unfortunate situation and still no conclusion for my Christmas order .

Once I was aware your order had not arrived, I responded very quickly to your email. I had contacted Evri, but unfortunatley at the current time the strikes are causing added pressure on other courier service, which is well publicised - sadly this is outside of our control.

Your order was despatched the day after your order was placed. Our system automatically sends out emails with tracking details - as this is an automated response from time to time these may find there way to your junk file, so I would suggest checking this in the first instance.

With regards to your order, as I said in my email, I will of course continue to chase the missing delivery with Evri, and in the event that this has been lost in transit we will of course, send a replacement or offer you a refund.

We appreciate your continued patience in this matter, whilst we try to resolve the matter.

Beautiful, well made collar

Echo is thrilled with her new collar! It is beautifully made, lovely to look at, and most importantly, sturdy enough to withstand the chewing of her bestie, Tiva the Retriever, who demolished her previous collar! It isn’t the cheapest dog collar I’ve ever bought, but it’s certainly the best. Thank you.

I’m attaching some pictures of Echo modelling the collar. Her stringent testing programme included swimming on the beach, pointing (essential as she’s a Pointer!) running and chilling. The collar passed all of them with flying colours.
