Shipping policy

 

We aim to despatch all orders the same day, if ordered before 11 AM, except weekends when orders will be despatched the next working day.

We use a combination of  Royal Mail and DHL for deliveries depending on size, weight, and location - in order to offer you the best shipping experience. 

STANDARD DELIVERY - 2-3 days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – 1-2 Days.  This is NOT GUARANTEED - From time to time there may be unexpected problems which are outside of our control. 

Please be advised that quoted delivery times may vary depending on postcode.  When your parcel is despatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track your parcel.

EU Shipping

We are unable to ship any liquid products to Spain & Portugal, if purchased we will cancel before despatch and refund. This is a customs related issue.

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times.

3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at sales@fetlox.com for assistance

5. Orders over €150 exc shipping will be subject to normal VAT and Duties and must be paid by the customer before the goods can be released.  These charges will vary country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local tax authority. 

If the import charges are unpaid - the parcel will be returned to us and therefore any costs associated with this will be deducted from the final refund.

Orders to Europe & Rest of World (ROW) are usually despatched within 1 day of receipt of your order to allow for all the necessary customs paperwork.

European & ROW Delivery – Up to 2kg we use Royal Mail International Tracked, parcels over 2kg will be delivered using an International Tracked Service.

DHL SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.

Royal Mail Int’l Tracked – Please allow 5-15 working days delivery from the point of despatch.

DHL Worldwide Express – Please allow 1-6 days depending on location from the point of despatch.
