It’s beautiful but the threads are coming away

I bought a collar for my cocker spaniel and it looks very smart. However, the threads to unravel almost immediately. Both a pink and blue thread have started to unravel in 2 different locations on the collar. Unfortunately when contacting customer services I was told they wouldn’t do anything to resolve it as it was likely my dog had snagged the thread. If it isn’t robust enough then surely it isn’t fit for purpose. Really disappointed as I really love the look and feel of it.

We absolutely love the collar we got for our Labrador. It really is beautiful. Unfortunately a few threads have been pulled on it. But we can look to mend this ourselves.
