Once I was aware your order had not arrived, I responded very quickly to your email. I had contacted Evri, but unfortunatley at the current time the strikes are causing added pressure on other courier service, which is well publicised - sadly this is outside of our control.
Your order was despatched the day after your order was placed. Our system automatically sends out emails with tracking details - as this is an automated response from time to time these may find there way to your junk file, so I would suggest checking this in the first instance.
With regards to your order, as I said in my email, I will of course continue to chase the missing delivery with Evri, and in the event that this has been lost in transit we will of course, send a replacement or offer you a refund.
